Did Your Order Arrive Damaged?
All shipment are fully insured , and damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. If a package appears damaged at the time of delivery, you have the right to refuse it. If you discover the damage after opening the box, do not dispose of original shipping cartons or the damaged merchandise, as examination by the carrier’s inspectors may be necessary.
UPS Shipments: Should damage occur in a UPS shipment, notify UPS immediately at 800-PICK-UPS and then contact GroomTech at (800)648-4863, or email us at email@example.com
USPS Shipments: If a Pareel Post package arrives damaged, have a local postal verify the damage, then notify us.
Motor Freight Shipments: In a Motor Freight truck shipment, note any visible damage on the Bill of Lading and notify the carrier immediately. then contact GroomTech as outlined above.
Refunds and Returns Policy

GroomTech will accept the return of merchandise within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided the product returned is in a saleable condition. All boxes, packaging, and accessories must be returned. The original purchase invoice, or a copy, must accompany the return. All returns must be pre-authorized. A restocking fee of 15% of the item’s catalog price may be charged when: (a) an item is returned without a box or packaging, or (b) is not saleable. The return must be inspected before applying credit or before giving the customer a replacement or a refund. Seasonal items, books, videos, and DVD’s, may not be returned for exchange or credit.
Merchandise under the Manufacturer’s Warranty Period must be returned to the Manufacturer for repair or replacement The Manufacturer may deem merchandise that has failed due to improper operation or use, customer neglect, lightning damage or other acts of God, or incidental damages may not accepted as a repair or return.

ORDER PROCESSING TIME
In general all orders are processed withing 24 hours of receipt by GroomTech. Most orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. In some cases items may have to be special ordered, in which case the order shipping time will be determined by when the special order item is received by GroomTech. In cases when items cannot be shipped for any reason within a maximum of 72 hours GroomTech will contact the purchasing customer to inform them of any delays in shipping and give an estimate as to when the item or items may be shipped.
GroomTech will use USPS as the preferred shipper on all dry good items. For all wet goods GroomTech will use UPS as the shipper. Most USPS items will be shipped USPS First Class or Priority Mail unless the purchasing customer has a specific request with regard to shipping method. Most UPS items will be shipped UPS Ground unless the purchasing customer has a specific request with regard to shipping method.
SHIPPING TIME ESTIMATES
Most orders will be shipped FOB within 24-48 hours of receipt of order. If shipping time FOB will be more than 72 hours GroomTech will contact the purchasing customer and give them an estimate as to when the item will ship. Special order items and some other unique items are exempt from this policy and will ship upon their receipt by GroomTech.
Shipping costs will generally be calculated at the time of checkout and will be added to the total cost of the purchased item or items. The calculated shipping costs are an estimate of shipping costs and may be greater than the actual costs of shipping. In some cases handling charges may be added over and above the cost of shipping. The USPS and UPS websites will generally be used to calculate shipping costs FOB. GroomTech is not responsible for errors in shipping costs as generated by the USPS or UPS websites.
